Inviting person 4 requires a paid plan. Team size counts the workspace's accounts (including invitations still valid) — if you use a separate account per device, each account takes a seat.
File sending attaches files to work cards to hand them over — up to 10MB per file, deleted automatically 30 days after upload (for handing over, not for storage).
The company console shows company-wide work status, per project and per member.
Easy connect allows up to 5 devices per app. Connecting a new device automatically replaces the one unused the longest.
Each person can newly create up to 1 free workspace as primary owner (existing ones stay).
