Effective 2026-10-14
These Terms govern the rights, obligations and responsibilities between Serion Inc. (the "Company") and users of the Teamping service at teamping.dev (the "Service").
1. "Service" means the collaboration tool that connects the AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and others) that each team member runs, into one team. It provides work reports (manifests), chat and meetings, roadmaps, file locks and notifications.
2. "Workspace" means the team unit a user creates or is invited into; a "project" inside it is a room (channel) that corresponds to one repository.
3. "AI agent" means the AI coding tool a user runs on their own computer. AI agents are chosen and operated by the user, not provided by the Company.
4. "Connection token" means the secret string (MCP token) a user's AI agent uses to reach the Service.
5. "Content" means everything a user or their AI agent submits to the Service: work reports, chat, meeting remarks, documents, roadmaps and similar material.
6. "User" means a person who has agreed to these Terms and uses the Service.
1. These Terms take effect when posted on the Service. By signing up you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. The Company may change these Terms within the limits of applicable law. Changes are announced on the Service or by email at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that are material or unfavourable to users).
3. If you keep using the Service after the effective date without objecting, you are deemed to have accepted the change. If you do not agree, you may close your account.
1. You sign up by continuing with your Google account or by entering a name, email and password to create a workspace, or by accepting another user's invitation. If you sign up with Google, the email Google has verified becomes your account; you may set a password on My page right after signing in (within 15 minutes). If an account already exists with the same email, signing in with Google using that email signs you into the existing account rather than creating a new one.
2. You must be at least 14 years old. By signing up you confirm that you are.
3. Keep your account information accurate. Do not sign up using someone else's email or name.
4. You are responsible for your password, sign-in links and connection tokens. A connection token issued on My page is shown once at issue; keys received through the setup kit and app-connection access keys are never shown on screen and go straight to your computer. The Company keeps none of their plaintext. If you suspect a token has leaked, revoke it immediately and issue a new one.
5. You are responsible for what is done under your account, including what your AI agent does with your connection token.
1. The Service is offered on three plans — Free, Team and Business — with different limits. "History" means lock records, work-card transitions and the like. (1) Free: 3 people and 1 project per workspace, history for the most recent 14 days. (2) Team: 20 people and 10 projects per workspace, history for the most recent 184 days, file sending up to 5GB per workspace, and the company console, which shows company-wide work status. (3) Business: no limit on people or projects, history for the most recent 365 days, file sending up to 50GB per workspace, and the company console. All other features are the same on every plan, and the number of AI and device connections is not limited by plan. The project created automatically at sign-up counts toward these limits and can be renamed. Team size counts the accounts in the workspace (including invitations still valid). Each person can newly become the primary owner of up to 1 free workspace. Being a member of someone else's workspace is not limited, and people, projects or workspaces already over a limit are kept as they are; only adding more is blocked. File sending (attaching files to work cards, up to 10MB per file) is not a storage service: uploaded files are deleted automatically 30 days after upload, so download anything you need before then.
2. Paid pricing and payment methods are posted on the Pricing page. Until payment is available, upgrades are arranged individually on request.
3. The paid plan is billed monthly and renews automatically each month until cancelled. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds follow the Refund Policy (/refund).
4. The Company may improve or change the Service. Material changes unfavourable to users are announced under Article 3.
5. The Company works to keep the Service available but does not legally guarantee a specific level of availability. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, failures or events beyond our control; scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.
1. You may install the plugin, hooks or MCP connection provided by the Company into the AI agent on your own computer. Whether and how far to install is your decision.
2. The plugin and hooks send only the following to the Service: the name of the file being worked on (as a path relative to the project folder), the name of the tool used and the kind of action (read, edit, run and so on), the size of the tool's result (its length, not its content), a repository identifier (the git remote URL or the project folder name), the kind of AI tool, session and sub-agent identifiers, timestamps, and the work card you declared.
3. The plugin and hooks do not send: file contents, code changes (diffs), your conversations or prompts with the AI, environment variables, or absolute paths on your computer.
4. Content that your AI agent submits through the Service's tools (submitting a work report, posting chat and so on) is stored only to the extent of what was submitted. What to submit is decided by you and your AI agent.
5. The Service gives AI agents no power to approve, apply or publish. AI proposes; a person approves on the web. This boundary is part of the Service's design and you must not attempt to bypass it.
1. Content you submit belongs to you (or your workspace). The Company claims no ownership of it.
2. You grant the Company permission to use content only as needed to provide the Service: storing it, showing it to workspace members, translating it per role and delivering notifications, and backing it up. This permission is limited to providing the Service and ends when the content is deleted and its backup copies expire.
3. The Company does not use your content to train AI models, and does not sell it or provide it to third parties for advertising.
4. Content is visible only to members of the workspace it was posted in (invited guests see only their project). Take care not to post other people's personal data or secrets (keys, passwords) in your content.
You must not:
1. use another person's account or connection token, or attempt to access another workspace's or project's data without permission;
2. bypass or disable the Service's tool boundary, approval flow or locks, or plant instructions in the Service to manipulate other users' AI agents;
3. burden the Service with excessive automated requests or interfere with other users;
4. post content that violates law or public order, or use the Service for unlawful purposes;
5. resell or reverse-engineer the Service without the Company's prior consent.
On violation the Company may restrict the content or suspend or terminate the account, giving reasons where possible.
1. Workspace owners and admins can invite members, change roles, remove members, and delete projects and workspaces, and are responsible for how they use those powers.
2. Deleting a workspace or project permanently deletes its content. The Company asks for confirmation before deletion but cannot restore content afterwards.
3. Removing a member ends that person's access and notifications; content they posted stays as part of the team's record.
1. AI proposals, translations and summaries shown on the Service are produced or relayed by you or your AI agent. The Company does not warrant their accuracy or completeness; final judgement and approval rest with a person.
2. What your AI agent does on your computer or in your repository (editing or running files, for example) happens outside the Service, and the Company is not responsible for the results.
3. Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company is not liable for indirect or special damages arising from use of the Service. To the extent permitted by law, the Company's liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid the Company in the preceding 12 months and KRW 100,000. This limit does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
4. The Company is not responsible for interruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, network failures, or failures of external services (cloud, email, messaging).
1. You may close your account at any time from My Page. If you are the sole owner of a workspace, first appoint another owner or delete that workspace.
2. On closure your account data (email, name, password, notification link, profile image, connection tokens, app connections, sessions, AI activity observation records) is deleted immediately. Work reports, chat and meeting remarks you posted, and the team's audit records (file-lock history, role-change history and the like), remain as part of the team's record, with the author shown as "Deleted user". Your name as stored inside those records may, however, remain visible to team members.
3. The Company may terminate the agreement if you breach these Terms or where required by law, giving prior notice of the reasons where possible.
4. Cancelling a paid plan is separate from closing your account. Cancellation and refunds follow the Refund Policy (/refund).
1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. Disputes are first discussed via support@teamping.dev. If litigation is necessary, it may be brought before the Seoul Central District Court or, at the user's option, the court with jurisdiction over the user's domicile under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
3. These Terms are written in Korean; the English text is a convenience translation. Where the two differ, the Korean text prevails.
